Mr Pandelis Athanasias

 

Mr Athanasias is one of the country’s leading gynaecologist and obstetricians. He completed his training in obstetrics and gynaecology in the London Deanery and has since built a formidable reputation within the field. With over 25 years of clinical experience he now holds NHS and private practices across Central London.

Mr Demetri Panayi

 

Mr Panayi is a consultant gynaecologist and an accredited subspecialist urogynaecologist. He holds a number of senior posts, including clinic leads at NHS and private clinics. He is also frequently asked to share his knowledge at national and international gynaecologist and urogynaecologist meetings and is heavily involved in training the next generation of consultants.

Amy and Angela provide secretarial services for the London Women’s Centre. Although they work predominantly for their own consultants, they support each other and can answer your queries regardless of which consultant you are being looked after.

Amy Foskett-Jones

 

Amy mainly administers Mr. Panayi’s private practice. Her duties include booking outpatients appointments, arranging dates for surgery, and liaising with insurance companies. She is here to answer any of your queries and address any administrative issues you may have or contact Mr. Panayi for medical problems.

Angela ensures the smooth running of Mr Athanasias’ practice. She will answer all your administrative questions, book appointments and arrange surgery dates. She has extensive experience as a secretary in the private health sector and excellent understanding of women’s health issues. For any medical queries, she will liaise with Mr Athanasias.

Our Anaesthetists

 

Anaesthesia for our day case and major surgical procedures is provided by highly experienced Consultant Anaesthetists.

Our anaesthetists carry out the pre-operative assessment in order to decide the most appropriate anaesthetic technique and answer all your questions related to their speciality. After the operation they will review the patient to  ensure that potential pain is well controlled and any other issues related to the anaesthetic, such as nausea, are managed appropriately.

All our Anaesthetists hold Consultant Anaesthetist posts in NHS hospitals and all fully accredited with all the major UK insurance companies.
